• Inclusivity: We welcome everyone, regardless of race, gender, age, or religious denomination, embracing an all-inclusive value system.
• Confidentiality: We uphold a strict confidentiality clause to protect your privacy, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• Cooperation and Referrals: We value cooperation from all parties and may suggest referrals to other professionals if needed to best support your healing journey.
• Communication: To ensure each client receives focused attention, we communicate via email (info@qllcounselling.co.za) and WhatsApp (+27 (0)66 274 3110). Please refrain from personal phone calls.
