Using Our Website

Our website allows you to learn about our services, book sessions, and get in touch. Here’s what you need to know:

• You must be 18 years or older to book a session, or have parental consent if younger.
• You agree to provide accurate information (e.g., name, contact details) when booking or contacting us.
• You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others (e.g., posting harmful content in forms).

Booking and Payment

We use WooCommerce and Bookly to manage bookings and payments for our services. Here’s how it works:

• Booking: Select your service (e.g., Counselling, Reiki) and time slot via our booking form. You’ll receive a confirmation email to the address you provide.
• Payment: Prices are listed on our Services page (e.g., Counselling R650, Reiki R650). Payment is due at the time of booking through our secure payment system. We accept payments via methods available on WooCommerce (e.g., card payments).
• Currency: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. If payment fails, we’ll notify you to retry.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans can change. Here’s our policy:

• Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Contact us at info@qllcounselling.co.za or +27 (0)66 274 3110 to cancel.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged the full session fee, as we reserve that time for you.
• Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds are available for late cancellations or no-shows, per the CPA.
• Our Cancellations: If we need to cancel (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we’ll notify you promptly and offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

Service Delivery

• In-Person Sessions: Held at 575 Airport Road, Doornpoort, Pretoria 0186. Please arrive on time and bring any required items (e.g., a towel for Rife Sessions).
• Online Sessions: Some services (e.g., Counselling, Life Coaching) may be offered online. We’ll provide a secure link (e.g., via Zoom) and ensure confidentiality. You’re responsible for a stable internet connection.
• Health Information: For services like Counselling or Acupuncture, we may ask for health details to tailor your session. This information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
• Expectations: While we strive to support your healing, results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., full recovery from trauma), as healing is a personal journey.

Liability

• Our Responsibility: We provide services with care and professionalism, in line with ASCHP standards. However, we’re not liable for any indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress beyond our control) or issues arising from incorrect information you provide.
• Your Responsibility: You agree to share accurate health information and follow session guidelines (e.g., bringing a towel for Rife Sessions). You’re responsible for your own safety during online sessions (e.g., ensuring a private space).
• Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).

Intellectual Property

All content on our website (e.g., text, images, logos) belongs to QLL Counselling and Wellness Practice or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., reading our blog).

Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our services, pricing, or these Terms of Service as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. If significant (e.g., pricing changes), we’ll notify you via email if you’re a client. Continuing to use our site or services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law
